Agreement to Terms

Intellectual Property

Our Property

Client Work

Intellectual property rights for custom development work will be defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, upon full payment, clients typically receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project.

User Responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatrixHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or data breach
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Any warranties related to specific project deliverables will be outlined in the project agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatrixHive, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
